Privacy Policy

The short version

• No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• Nothing about you or how you play leaves your Vision Pro, except the scores and achievements the game sends to Apple's Game Center if you're signed in to it.
• Your head position is used on your device while you play, and then discarded.
• The game never receives eye-tracking data. visionOS doesn't share it.

What the game uses while you play

Your head's position and orientation. Depth Strike's core mechanic is that each strike starts at your eyes, so the game reads your headset's position from visionOS (ARKit world tracking) many times a second. It uses that to center the arena on you when a run starts and to work out which ships are lined up from where you are. This happens in memory on your Vision Pro. It is not recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.

Look and pinch. You aim by looking at a ship and pinching, using the standard visionOS gesture. When you pinch, the system tells the game which ship or object you selected. The game never learns where you were looking at any other time, and doesn't receive eye-tracking data of any kind.

What it doesn't use. Depth Strike doesn't access your cameras, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or hand-tracking data, and it doesn't scan or map your room.

What's stored on your device

The game keeps a few things in its own private storage on your Vision Pro so they're there next time:

• Your settings: the difficulty you chose, where arcade games take place, presentation, battlefield distance, Line Assist, and music.
• Which practice lessons you've finished, and which kinds of ship you've met.
• Your best score in each mode and difficulty, the stars you've earned in the Campaign, and the challenges you've skipped.
• Your Game Center progress: the achievements you've earned, and counts toward the ones that add up (Perfect lines, places played), so they can be sent when you're next signed in.

We never receive this information. Deleting the app deletes it. Like any app data, it may be included in your device backups, depending on your iCloud settings.

Game Center

If you're signed in to Game Center on your Vision Pro, Depth Strike sends your scores and achievement progress to Game Center, Apple's service for leaderboards and achievements. Leaderboards show your Game Center nickname and scores to other players, as your Game Center settings allow. Apple handles that information under Apple's privacy policy, and we don't receive any personal information from it. If you're not signed in, nothing is sent. You can sign out, or change who sees your activity, in Settings › Game Center.

What we don't collect

We don't collect names, email addresses, identifiers, gameplay or usage data, location, or anything else about you. Depth Strike contains no third-party code for analytics, advertising, or tracking, and apart from Game Center it doesn't connect to the internet.

Crash reports

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in visionOS (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share crash reports and basic diagnostics with us. They don't identify you, and we use them only to fix bugs. That sharing is controlled by you and handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Purchases

The App Store handles all purchases. We never see your payment details.

Children

Depth Strike doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

This website

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or trackers, and it doesn't load fonts, scripts, or anything else from third parties. Our web server doesn't log visitors' IP addresses. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a future version of Depth Strike ever collects data, we'll say so here and in the App Store's privacy details before that version is released.
